How Did you find Syrnia?
When I was 14 I was given my first laptop, and I started searching for browser games to play! 18 years later and I'm still here!

Can you give us a few of your fondest memories while playing Syrnia?
I think my fondest memory is creating ADV as a spin off from Black Sails. I've loved every minute of being a part of this clan! Ad Astra ADV.

Another of my fondest memories was becoming pirate captain, we had a lot of fun role playing invading mainlanders and raiding mod citadel.

What's your favorite Skill, and why?
Well I'd be remiss to not answer woodcutting. I've almost reached the goal of 300 so I may change soon though.

EDIT: Between the interview and it getting posted I have since Reached my goal of 300 Woodcutting! Thank you everyone for the Congrats btw!

What's Your least favorite skill, and why?
Combat, as it requires paying attention - I mostly play syrnia afk, although my whispers and messages are always open for discussion.

Do you have a favorite Syrnia Holiday?
Christmas - I love the Christmas art that was recently added.

In your opinion who do you think the coolest player or clan is in the game?
Well I'm bias, but ADV has been my home since I joined, so us, obviously.

If you could change 1 thing about the game what would it be?
Probably the pirate system, it's in desperate need of an overhaul.

What are your goals for the future here?
Reaching 300 woodcutting and then trying something new, possibly a bit of combat so the tirnus caves aren't so risky. My new goal once reaching 300 woodcutting is to beat Walker in every skill (There's a great tracker for that on TLgrounds now).

Can you share some details about your life outside of syrnia?
Professionally I'm a senior software engineer - specialising in PHP Web development. I've been a web dev for over a decade now, and I can't think of anything else I'd do instead, I love it. I am also a big fan of SC2 (playing and watching) although my team mate (Walker) has ditched the game, claiming he's too old!

What do you think about TLgrounds?
It's a great resource for extra information on highscores and quests. It's great to see a community effort on these tools. I use it daily to check on my exp gains to calculate how long left for my goals that I'm working towards.
