Cooking

When cooking Red Herring they do not turn into "Cooked Red Herring" but instead they are cooked into normal "Cooked Herring" Red fish are a uncommon drop obtained while fishing in a few different places that give slightly better experience when caught and cooked.

Used for

Raws are the main resource of the cooking skill. They can either be cooked or smoked (some can only be smoked). Cooked food can be consumed to restore your health points. Read more about fishing and cooking here.
