The Outlands [ view map ]

The Outlands is a dangerous PvP area. Players of any combat level can attack each other here. If you die, you will lose all your items (except your gold pieces) and will be revived at Sanfew. Working in the Outlands has benefits compared to working at regular locations, e.g. increased seed drops while woodcutting and gem drops while mining. You need a minimum combat level of 5, or a total level of 60 to enter the Outlands. The exits of the Outlands are OL 1, 13 and 35.
